Moong beans: Very special legume to me. It is rich in protein, super green looking, and sweet in taste! You can eat it in so many different ways. You can eat them sprouted (super tasty healthy breakfast), gravy based moong you can eat with rice, and last but not the least sprouted beans.
- 2 cups- Mung Beans
- Soak moong beans in water overnight
- 1/4th cup chickpea flour
- 5 cloves- Garlic
- 1/2 - Green Chillies/pepper
- 1/2 t-spoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt - according to taste
- Add mung beans in any mixer
- Add garlic cloves, green chillies
- Add turmeric powder
- Add Chickpea flour
- Add 1/4 glass water
- Wroom wroommm MIX it all
Are you ready to make some pancake?
Ones you prepare it, take it out from a mixer it will be amazing smooth paste. Let’s call it a batter. YUP reminded of dosa batter haha… new dosa recipe coming soon on my website!
- Heat the pan
- Add/spray oil
- Cook the same way you cook pancake
- Ready to eat with yummy cilantro chutney (Recipe coming soon)
