It's Time to Start Your journey according to what you wish for
As you might have read on my page, I was always curious and made questions about my life and existence at an early age of 11 years old. To find an answer or at least in the process of finding an answer I came across some spiritual gurus, holy books, series and spiritual videos and many more! I was always trying to find an answer which aligns with the current generation or time. Also, I was always trying to find something that has a logical answer!
My experience of Inner Engineering course

So, right about two years ago I met an amazing soul, a lifelong friend who introduced me to some amazing spiritual teachers, and one of those was Sadhguru.
Finding an incredible mystic Sadhguru who is known for logical explanations, I am blessed. I binge-watched all Youth & Truth videos in a week. I was interested in learning more about “Inner engineering” as he had mentioned it in so many videos. I could see the swifts in me right from the beginning. He has all the possible to impossible answers one can ever give in my lifetime. He has met and answered so many CEOs, Scientists, Neurologists, Students in different countries. It is really hard for me to call someone guru or pray or praise any living person due to the misuse of the title such as saints, priests, and gurus. But, this person is logical and has no such intentions. That is why I did some research and spent enough time to conclude or believe in something. I myself, an engineer, wouldn’t just go ahead and believe all the nonsense crap out there. If you are also interested in learning about research aspects find the links at the end of this page.
After starting an inner engineering online program, I have some energy which drives me and keeps me “at my best”. Now, I understand this is hardly 1% of what I want to learn, what if we all can unfold our inner self a little more? Wouldn’t it be nice living on an astonishing planet?

There is meditation in between for some sessions and mostly at the beginning and at the end of the video. The total time for each session would be anywhere between 1:30-2:00 hrs. This course has given me necessary tools which one can practice periodically and use it for a lifetime. Also, the program has given me proper understanding where I can connect the dots. There are a lot of things that make sense to me now. I have been very energetic and joyful throughout the day and would like to keep momentum going. Does it mean all my problems are solved? No! However, I feel like, I am one step closer to my journey <3
“I can say that I have found a GURU!”
I am reading a book “Inner engineering: Yogi’s Guide to Joy”. Once I finish will talk more about the book and my experience. Apart from the book I have started practising Isha Kriya (20 minutes simple guided meditation) and reading other materials (Magazine, Books, Videos). I have dedicated my time to give myself for at least an hour a day. Those are very special moments of my day.

What is meditation
“Meditation" or “Dhyana” means to go beyond the limitations of the physical body and the mind. Only when you transcend the limited perspective of the body and the mind do you have a complete dimension of life within you.” - Sadhguru
Meditation is a tool which can help you think beyond your emotions and thoughts. Also, it helps you think far away from your physical dimension. There are so many research papers I can cite which shows how meditation helps. Research found out that mindful meditation (MM) decreases the brain cell volume and influences the white matter (WM) which is responsible for fear, anxiety, and depression. Mindful meditation means meditating consciously with all your mind, heart and soul. Meditation is a kriya where you are looking within.
