 Where do I start?! The best fruit for vegans.  Avos are super creamy, healthy, refreshing and most importantly super filly. . You can eat it in various forms. One of my most favorite ways to eat/drink avos is my signature avo smoothie. I mostly make it on a Saturday morning usually. Perfect morning to stay in bed, wake up late and eat BRUNCH.  Well, how about this coming Saturday morning you drink your brunch?  Easy enough to make and get you through your chores. Follow the recipe below and try it yourself.
